Group Meditation

Monthly Meditation Evening in English on the first Monday of the month.
Start the week in a peaceful way on Monday evening at Group Practice Piith in Bussum.
For anyone who is looking for a weekly moment of relaxation and how to learn to bring that into your day to day life. For people with experience with meditation and for those who are new to it. The evening consists of guided meditations, moments of silence and sound relaxation.
Elements of the meditations are:

  • Grounding and centering to release tension from the body and mind
  • Awareness of your energy flow, making you also more aware of your body
  • Connecting with your heart energy for more inner peace and love for yourself
  • Deepening the breath for more relaxation and a feeling of space

Meditation has a positive effect on your body’s self healing ability and supports both your physical and mental health. By being in the now, letting everything be for a moment, you naturally bring peace to your mind and relaxation to your body.

Every first Monday of the month at Group Practice Piith, Laarderweg 65 in Bussum. From 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

12.50 euros per evening and 110 euros for a 10 times voucher
